I’m here to help. I’m here to get you feeling better and for that to last. Those who work with me experience more fulfillment in their work, their relationships and with themselves. Therapy can be hard, and I like to remind my clients to be kind to themselves.

More About Peter (He/Him)

I specialize in providing LGBTQ* affirming care, and I am committed to anti-racism both in and outside of therapy. I offer a space that welcomes and celebrates the multitudes of intersecting identities and differences among us.

I’ve always been curious about people and culture. I studied sociology and communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After some exploration and self-discovery, which included stints in advertising and a year of AmeriCorps, I found my way back to the vocation I’d always considered: psychotherapy.

Along my path to complete my master’s in clinical social work at Temple University I provided case management to those with severe and persistent mental illness and participated in community mental health research. Additionally, I interned at the University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling and Psychological Services and completed post-graduate training at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. Every year involves additional training, seminars and nerding out with psychotherapy-related books, new and old.
